KB HOME TAKES TOP HONORS AT THE PRISM AWARDS |

| Recognized as "Best of the Best" in four categories |
KB Home has received four Prism Awards from the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association for "Best of the Best" performance in sales, marketing, product offering, model home decoration and advertising. This marks the fourth year in a row KB Home has won Prism Awards.
"We are truly honored to receive this recognition," said Jeff Meyer, president of KB Home's South Carolina division. "It is a reflection of our commitment to our customers, employees and the communities in which we build."
KB Home's South Carolina division received the following awards:
- Best Product – Attached Housing, $150,000¬$225,000: The Pines in Charleston Park
- Best Product – Single-Family Homes Multimarket, $225,000¬$300,000: Blackberry Creek
- Best Product – Single-Family Homes Multimarket, $150,000¬$225,000: Fairlawn at Foxbank Plantation
- Best in Sales Space: Fairlawn at Foxbank Plantation
In addition, three KB Home sales counselors were awarded the coveted Two Million Dollar Circle Award: Suzanne, Whitman, Kristie McClain and Jessica Tabb. The award is presented to sales counselors with more than $2 million in home sales in 2007.
