Former TWU Professor Robert Martin Receives Presidential Citizens Medal
President Bush recently surprised a former Texas Woman’s University
professor with the Presidential Citizens Medal. Robert Martin, who retired
from TWU’s School of Library and Information Studies in August, received the
medal for his work in helping “preserve our treasured collections and bring
libraries and museums into the 21st century with new technology.”

TWU's Renz Scores Lone Star Conference Record 63 Points
TWU senior forward Renee Renz scored a Lone Star Conference record 63 points on Monday night but it wasn’t enough for the Pioneers as they lost 147-143 to the Abilene Christian University Wildcats in a four-overtime thriller at Moody Coliseum in Abilene.
